The Primorskaya Hotel is located in the most picturesque part of the central city-on Primorsky Boulevard-in the park zone. Only three minutes afoot through alleys of palms and magnolias to quay and beach. Winter theatre-festivalny concert hall and stereo cinema are situated near at hand. Hotel was built in 1936 in palace style and today consists of 2 connected four-story buildings. They are also monument of architecture and Sochi history.
