Parador de Cordoba La Arruzafa

Located on the ruins of the summer palace of Abd-ar-Rahman I, on a hill surrounded by vegetation at the foot of the Cordoba Sierra, the Hotel has exceptional panoramic views over the legendary city of the caliphs. The building abounds with freshness and a temperature 4ºC lower than in the city. The sensation of wellbeing is accentuated thanks to the pool and surrounding gardens (with a new orange garden called ‘Los Naranjos’ where the first palm trees in Europe may be found. The indoor spaces are elegant and very bright with large lounges and spacious bedrooms. The dining room serves Cordovan salmorejo tomato soup, white almond gazpacho and churrasco sausage in green sauce.
